Randomized control intervention study was conducted in 2012-2013 at Tam Hung, Thanh Oai district, Ha Noi city. Objective: Assessment changing of vitamin D and serum PTH after 6 months using fortified soy milk with calcium and vitamin 02 in postmenopausal women. intervention grqup (n = 71) drank soy milk supplemented with 800 IU vitamin D2 and 400 mg calcium daily
control group (n = 70): soy milk has 100 mg calcium, in 6 months. Results: The serum levels of vitamin D before and after the intervention was 59,9 + or - 10,6 nmol/I
74,0 + or - 16,1 nmol/I. Prevalence of vitamin 0 deficiency (250HD 75 nmol/I) before and after the intervention was 55,7 percent and 16,9 percent. serum PTH before and after intervention: 35,4 + or - 14,5 pg/ml
20,3 + or - 6,6 pg/ml., The difference was statistically significant with the control group (p 0,05). Conclusion: after 6 months of intervention products, vitamin D levels are significantly increased by 23,7 percent, the rate of vitamin D deficiency decreased 38,8 percent, PTH concentrations decreased 38,2 percent. The difference with the control group was statistical significance p 0,05.
