1177 cases of gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN) in a total of 2732 gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) patients who were treated at the Gynecological Cancer Department of NHOG from 1-12009 to 31-12-2013 were included. Objective: Describe the clinical characteristics and effective treatment of GTN in NHOG from 2009 to 2013. All eligible patients had completed chemical therapy :i: hysterectomy were periodically followed up after treatment to access the relapse and mortality rates. Results: The percentage of GTN patients account for 43.1 percent of GTD, there was no significant difference in the rate of GTN patients between each year. 74.4 percent of GTN patients had one or more child. Percentage of the 21 - 25 age group is the highest (19.8 percent), less common is the 20 and 50 age group. There are 4 positioning of GTN metastatic: lung metastases (65.3 percent), vaginal metastasis (22.0 percent). Number of patients treated with MTX chemotherapy regimen is the highest (770 cases) and EMA- EP regimen is the least (47 cases). 29.2 percent MTX regimen cases and 35.8 percent EMA-CO regimen cases resistance to chemical therapy. There was 41.1 percent of choriocarcinoma and 58.9 percent of invasive mole in 151 cases of hysterectomy. The recurrence rate was 5.8 percent and the mortality rate was 0.4 percent.
