Subjects and methods: cross-sectional prospective study, 46 patients age 32 to 78 years old was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver, such as clinical examination, tests, ultrasound, ... research time at Thong Nhat Hospital, Ho Chi Minh city from 01/2012 to 03/2014. Result: the most common age of or - 61 (45.7 percent). The most common symptoms are fatigue and loss of appetite 34 (73.9 percent). Subclinical symptoms of cirrhosis increased bilirubin 9 (16.9 percent), prothrombin decreased 4 (8.7 percent), decreased platelet 24 (52.2 percent), SGPT increased by 22 (47.8 percent), SGOT increased by 31 (67.4 percent), decreased erythrocyte 25 (54.3 percent), leukocyte reduced 7 (15.2 percent), albumin decreased 15 (32.6 percent). Patients with Child-Pugh A cirrhosis, 4 (8.7 percent), ChildPugh B 22 (47.8 percent). Child-Pugh C 20 (43.5 percent). Conclusion: fatigue and digestive disorders are clinically the most common. Subclinical symptoms of cirrhosis appear strengthen relatively complete.
