Dalbergia oliveri is a species of the genus Dalbergia L. It belongs to the Fabaceae family. D. oliveri are large trees that grow slowly, with poor seed regeneration, endangered level is EN A1a,c,d. D. oliveri grows naturally in the southern provinces of Vietnam. When soaking it's seeds in warm water (40-45°C) for a period of 8 hours before sowing, it shows the highest germination percentage of 86.7 percent. D. oliveri is a slow growth species. After 9 months, the average height was 19.30cm, and the average diameter was 0.31cm.
