Subject: Thalamic hemorrhage with hypertension and the predictive factors of prognosis. Aims: Describe the clinical features and CT of the brain of thalamic hemorrhage and assess the predictive factors affecting to the results of treatment. Material and method: Results and conclusions: 146 patients thalamic hemorrhage with hypertension were study from Oct. 2009 to Apr. 2011, demonstrated that the ages, GOS, resperatory type, anormal pupil, paralytic degree, Positive Babinsky sign clinicaly and CT images such as: hemorrhagic volume, deplace of medline, direction of hemorrhagic loaf, degree of hemorrhage in the ventricles and degree of ventricular dilatation, Which were changed significant (p0,05) to prognosis betwween two group better and wore. The factors: The ages, GOS in hospitalization, the hemorrhagic loaf get to the median brain were the most worse predictive one on the logistic study.
