A flavone and a flavone glucoside were isolated from the leaves of Chrysanthemum indicum L. By means of spectroscopic methods including electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR), their structures were identified as acacetin (1) and acacetin 7-O-Beta-D-glucopyranoside (2). Compound 2 showed inhibitory activities agaInst alpha-glucosidase and alpha-amylase with the IC50 of 1.17 and 0.88 mg/n, respectively.
