Kadsura coccinea is a plant species widely used for drug among ethnic people. It is now being exploited in large quantities. As the result, its density and volume were significantly reduced. the experiment shows that, propagation with using bud cuttings of 30cm length and clean sand substrate, with 30 percent shading in the spring gives the highest survival rate (59.0 percent). If the cuttings were treated with growth regulator IBA at a concentration of 200ppm, the survival rate is 86.7 percent, higher than when they were treated with a-NAA, ABT1 at concentrations of 100, 200 and 300ppm and with ISA at concentrations of 100 end 300ppm.
