Objetives: To clinically evaluate the results of dental restoration using Ketac Molar Easymix of 3M company in primary molars. Methods: Prospective, and cross-sectional studies of contribution of clinical assessment of 50 primary molars diagnosed carious dentine, class I, II, filled with Ketac Molar Easymix of 3M company at Pediatric Department of National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology, Hanoi from April to October, 2006. Results: After 6 months, 86 percent success rate, 14 percent of failures, and 2 percent recurrence caries. Among those, restored occlusal carious lesion had 96.3 percent success rate and 3.7 percent failure rate, restored mesial and distal carious lesion had had 73.91 percent success rate and 26.09 percent failure rate. Conclusion: Dental restoration using Ketac Molar Easymix in primary molars is a simple technique, appropriate and effective for young children.
