Goals: Determine some hypertension risk of Nung ethnic aldult (from 25 to 64 ages) in Thai Nguyen. Methods: clinical symptoms research. Results: Some risks are KAP of THA, Nung people in Thai Nguyen have obvious hypertension risk, such as poor knowledge to hypertension prevent, hypertension in family history, eating habits (smoking, drinking, salty food, salty sauce, lard, fried foods...), using some typical drinks (green tea, coffee), obesity (high BMI), using alcohol, eating too much fats. Recommendations: Medicine combined with community to improve health education programs for Nung people, especially changing old eating habits relating to THA.
