Objectives: The study was done at 24 of primary and secondary schools in Hung Yen city in 2012 to evaluate the school medicine management. Methods: 24 of primary and secondary schools and method was descriptive and cross-sectional study. Results: 62.5 percent of schools were trained about medicine in school, 100 percent about hygiene, preventive disease, fighting epidemics, food safty, fighting refractive disease and scoliosis. 100 percent of school performed health examination regularily for schoolers, 50.0 percent first aids in the school

62.5 percent school medicine projects. 100 percent of schools was checked facilities, tools, divices, light system, tables and black boards. 100 percent of bought health insurance, among them 12.5 percent having 100 percent schooler who bought it. 100 percent of schools used fund and fund from insurance for school medicine activities. 37.5 percent of school had health education communication, type of it was through radio system (100 percent) and the content was about school medicine problem.
