Objective: Study of the relationship between a number of major clinical symptoms and the hemostasis tests of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia. Material and method: retrospective, described 244 women diagnosed with severe preeclampsia, having cesarean section at the national hospital of obstetrics and gynecology from 01/2011 to 06/2012. Results: Fibrinogen and platelet counts: no relationship with each clinical symptoms. Only Fibrinogen 2 g/L: hypertension level or = 2 is higher than hypertension level 2. The difference is statistically significant with p 0.05. Compared with group that appeared 1 random clinical symptom, the group that appeared 2 random clinical symptoms, fibrinogen 2 g/I increase of 3.81 times. The group that appeared 3 random clinical symptoms increased 6.24 times and the group that appeared 4 random clinical symptoms increased 7.4 times. The difference is statistically significant with p 0.05. Conclusion: Fibrinogen 2g/L: : hypertension level or = 2 is higher than hypertension level 2. The difference is statistically significant with p0.05. Compared with group that appeared 1 random clinical symptom, the group that appeared from 2 and more random clinical symptoms, increase differently, the difference is statistically significant with p 0.05.
