Objective: Research was done in 4 communes/downtown of Van Lam, Hung Yen in 2013 to estimate some risk factors relating to lower genital tract infection. Objects and Method: Objects were composed of 392 married women aged from 19 to 49 years ols and method was descriptive and crosssectional study. Results: 11.12 percent of causes were fungi, tampons (20 percent), mixed causes (20 percent), and bacteria (9.09 percent). Maternal educational level less than primary (OR=4.16), low income (OR=2.14), malawareness of disease (OR=62.33), Not consulting regularily (OR=7.21), habit of hygiene in pots, inserting fingers in the vagina (OR=2.58), not suitable tampons (OR=24.86), having more than 3 children (OR=4.99), history of abortion (OR=2.66), unhygiene water (OR=51.97) were the risk factors relating to lower genital tract infection.
