Objective: To investigate the effect treatment of daivobet with psoriasis vulgaris at the No.108 Military Central Hospital from July 2012 to July 2013. Subject and method: 70 patients with psoriasis yulgaris into two groups. Studying group, 35 patients applies daivobet once/day, and controlling group, 35 patients applies salicylic 5 percent once/day, both two oral methotrexate 5.7mg/week and treatment for 4 weeks. Result: Studying group: PASI has decreased 83.65 percent, very good 17.14 percent, good 74.43 percent, moderate 20 percent and controlling group: PASI has decreased 61.93 percent, good 8.57 percent, moderate 71.43 percent. Conclusion: Daivobet has effected treatment with psoriasis vulgaris and daivobet is better than salicylic 5 percent.
