Objective: Evaluation results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy by gallstones in Nghe an General Friendship Hospital. Matrials and Methods: Retrospective descriptive study combined a prospective of 308 patients with by gallstones laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January 2009 to December 2013 in Nghe an General Friendship Hospital. Results: 308 patients were laparoscopic surgery for treatment by gallstones. Female/Male ratio was 1.9/1, average age was 52 +/- 13(18-86), 47 cases (15,3 percent) with a history of previous abdominal surgery. Mean operative time was 56.18 +/- 15.8 (30-120) minutes
There are 2 cases (0.6 percent) to convert to open surgery, 2 cases (0.6 percent) lesions in biliary surgery
1 patient (0.3 percent) bleeding gallbladder bed, 2 case (0.6 percent) residual abscess and 2 cases of postoperative infection troca hole. Hospital stay was 3.9 +/- 1.1 (2-11) days. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery cholecystectomy gallstone treatment gives better results and become routine, less complications and no deaths during and after surgery.
