Objective: Evaluate histology characters and the role of Glut 1 in diagnosis Infantile hemangioma. Subject: A liver capyllary hemangioma that immunohistochemistry staning was positive for Glut 1. Method: A case report. Result: Four years old boy presented a liver tumour which masure about 7,6 cm, histology showed a capillary hemangioma, immunohistochemistry (IH) staning showed endothelium positively for Glutl. Diagnosis: Infantile hemangioma. Conclusion: Liver Infantile hemangioma was quite big capillary hemangioma that be able to regress. Diagnosis infantile hemangioma base on performing IH staning for Glutl, a staning that easy to perform following routine IH protocol.
