Research is carried on 32 snoring patients on clinical, polysomnographic characteristics and several snoring causes through ENT endoscopy. Results show that snoring increases with age, happens more regularly in man than female with ratio of 2.5/1. Among 32 patients, dry mouth (xerostomia): 87.5 percent, night time body position change: 71.8 percent, nocturia: 50 percent, sleep apnea: 75 percent. Frequent ENT pathological signs are inferior turbinate hypertrophy: 34.375 percent, nasal septal deviation: 12.5 percent, allergy rhinitis: 25 percent, Mallampati stage III and IV: 65.6 percent, tonsil hypertrophy: 100 percent.
