Objectives: evaluation of the primary results of Tucker's laryngectomy. Patients: 30 patients with laryngeal cancer operated by Tucker's laryngectony from Jan 2010 to Sept 2013 at ENT hospital. Results: The range of age was from 38 to 70. The mean age was 52. There were 28 males and 2 females. The tumors was mostly in T2N0M0 (86,7 percent). 4 cases were in T1bN0M0 (13,3 percent). The time of removing of tracheal tube was from 7 to 40 days, the mean time was 16 days. The time of removing of gastric tube was from 10 to 35 days, the mean time was 18 days. No cases had glottic stenosis or pneumonia. Conclusions: Tucker's laryngectomy permitted the restoration of laryngeal functions. The principal indication was for the tumors in T2N0M0. It is worth having an important place among the partial laryngectomies.
