The paper presented parameter values area of wind in the flight area when wind does not affect the stability of optimal path of UAV, procedure for calculating a probability of appearance of extreme wind speed of the area and evaluate the dependence of this value on the flight speed of UAV and number of points of the path. The research results are the basis for assessing the benefits of calculating effect of the wind on the stability of optimal path when solving flight routing setting problem of UAV.
