Currently, international integration allowingevery nations in the world to exploit and take advantage of achievements of mankindis an inevitable trend for every countries. International integration provides an opportunity to develop, however, also poses many difficultiesand challenges for each country, especially for the developing ones. Tosucceed, an important requirement for every nations is that they shouldhave properpolicies for oversea treatment. During the period oftenovation, the Communist Party of Vietnam has been acutely aware of this problem, the Party has set outjudicious and appropriatepolicies. the country has gained many important achievements in foreign affairs, which have been gradually improving its position, confirming the role of Vietnam in the international affairs.
