Academic advisors play an important role in training with the credit system. Advisory capacity assessment study is necessary to improve the quality of training. Descriptive cross-sectional study, conducted interviews with 206 students, 60 lecturers - academic advisors (L-AA) and 40 managers of the university. Results: Initial operation of the L-AA counseling was done under the direction and regulations of the university and achieve certain results. However, the effectiveness of counseling is not high, are not synchronized
L-AA are still limited capacity of academic advising for students in training credits.
