The study examines the relationship of service quality, satisfaction and tourist's loyalty in Hanoi hotel industry. The study used 5 service quality dimensions with 30 attributes which is suitable with hotel industry in Hanoi, Vietnam. Structural Equation Model (SEM) employed to test the relationship of service quality, satisfaction and loyalty. The results indicate that service quality directly and positively influence on tourist's satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a indirect affect on tourist's loyalty. Moreover, study also show that out of 5 service quality dimensions, assurance and reliability carried more weight effecting to service quality provided by hotels in Hanoi, Vietnam.
