This paper is carried out aiming at identifying factors affecting the decision of individual clients in choosing bank for saving money. A survey was conducted on 250 samples in Danang city, Viet Nam. The research results show that Accessibility has the most positive impact on customers' selection, followed by Service Suply and Outside Appearance. Bank's brand and Troubleshooting are not considered as important as the others. Based on these outcomes, some suggestions are made and given to banks, in order to retain their old customers and attract more potiential ones in an effort to increase the amount of saving deposit in banks.
