Thai Nguyen has favourable conditions for the development of tourism in general and hotel business in particular, but hotels only pay attention to the facilities or products, but not with human problems and human management, so the effectiveness of the hotel business in the area is not high. Through practical basis of human resource management, the author conducted a survey, analyzed the current situation and then offer solutions in order to improve the human resource at the local 3-star hotels in Thai Nguyen province.
