The determination the type of NGN's services that is capable of providing in the future is very difficult. Moreover, in Vietnam with inftastructure NGN is not yet sync and development, the service providers have to not only deploy the inftastructure service based on a common network, but also to build and strengthen networks to create new services. These services must be strange but unique, affordable priced, and meet to customer's requirements at a high level. This paper presents the analysis and evaluation summarizes about the main characteristics of NGN's services, to helping the ISP can select and deploy effectively on NGN inftastructure environment which is relatively new in Vietnam.
