At present, the determination of heavy metal ions in green tea in Thai Nguyen has not been studied much. The demand for cheking pollution level made by above heavy metals in green tea was very necessary, so the study of the determination of Cd and Pb in green tea has been conducted by analyzing atomic absorption spectrometry. From the result of experiment, the authors realized that the pollution of Cd and Pb was lowed when compared with Vietnam Standards.
