The aims of the study: Evaluating bacterial infected status and parasitic infected status of the biliary tract in patients with hepatolithiasis. Study of 112 patients who was diagnosed hepatolithiasis and treated by the combination of operation and endoscopic electrohydraulic lithotripsy at the Viet Duc hospital from January to November 2013. Methods: A retrospective cross-sectional study. The rate of Ascaris lumbricoides infection in the past was 6.25 percent, the rate of Ascaris lumbricoides which was detected intra operation was 4.36 percent. The positive culture of bacteria was 96.43 percent, the most common bacteria were E.Goli (33.94 percent). Gram-negative bacillis had a high rate of resistance to ampicillin, bactrim, generated cephalosporins 1-2
and their susceptibility to imipenem, quin percentn, aminosid, movictic was still good. Gram positive cocci had a high rate of resistance to clindamycin and erythromycin, not resist vancomycin yet.
