Subiects: Evaluation the results of laparoscopic choledochotomies to management principal bile duct stones together with endoscopic lithotripsy and lithotripsy through tunnels Kehr. Methods: Retrospective descriptive study combined a prospective of 113 patients of biliary stones or gallstones have accompanying operative laparoscopy remove the stones from January 2009 to December 2013 in Nghe an General Friendship Hospital. Results: The total number of 113 patients with 38 male (33,6 percent), 75 women (66,4 percent)
mean age 48 +/- 15,5 (15-87). 69,9 percent were open surgical taken stones of common bile duct and drainage Kehr
