  mean age 48 +/- 15,5 (15-87). 69,9 percent were open surgical taken stones of common bile duct and drainage Kehr
  open surgical taken stones of common bile duct and drainage Kehr accompanied cholecystectomy by 19,5 percent
  Open common bile duct and sewing common bile duct 5,3 percent
  rate to open surgery was 5,3 percent. Surgical time: 85 +/- 3,7 minutes (50-150 minutes)
  Complications after surgery was 7,2 percent with 2 cases of postoperative bleeding, 1 case of bile leakage, 2 cases of residual abscess, 3 cases of wound infection. Lithotripsy through the tunnel Kehr is 53,1 percent, of which 24 percent had lithotripsy or more 3 times and a maximum of 6 times with 1,8 percent. Conclusions: Surgery laparoscopic with the open taken stones of common bile duct together with lithotripsy through tunnels Kehr achieve good results in the treatment of gallstone disease with rate stones clearance 92.7 percent, surgical complications and postoperative lower.
