Determine the levels of the cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, INF-gama and TNF-alpha in active psoriatic patients. Methods: 22 patients with psoriasis and 19 normal healthy blood cytokines tested cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, INF-gama and TNF-alpha. The serum levels of cytokines levels were determined with the use the flow cytometry-assisted immunoassay. Results: in this study, serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, INF-gama and TNF-alpha levels were significantly higher in active psoriatic patients than control group. But there was no association between cytokine levels with disease severity and disease levels were higher than the control group. Conclusion: The vulgaris psoriatic patients have increased cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, INF-gama and TNF-alpha in the blood.
