The retrospective study was carried out on the vector and situation of Dengue haemorrhagic fever in Ca Mau province for the year 2003 to 2013. The results showed that, in Ca Mau province, virus Dengue was spread mainly by the species of mosquito Ae. aegypti. The indexes for following-up the Ae. aegypti larvae, pupae and the development of Dengue haemorrhagic fever in Ca Mau were increased 3-year cycle, rising in the rainy months with the peak was in July, and then decreased to the lowest in the middle of the dry season. There is a late correlation between some factors such as temperature, precipitation and the outbreaks of Dengue fever. The correlation between the temperature and the outbreaks of Dengue fever, precipitation was late about 1 month, and 2 months. We predicted that the outbreaks of Dengue haemorrhagic fever would occur in the middle of the rainy season in the year 2014 and year 2017.
