This paper focuses on reviewing the main points of quality assurance in education and in educational assessment. However, quality assurance elements in learning outcome assessment, and current situations and solutions for assuring the quality of assessing students' learning outcomes of languages for tourism purposes at Tourism specialized Colleges are mainly discussed in this paper.
