A susbtainable development of training institutions must be rooted in: quality improvement. All activities should aim to improve training quality, the final outcome being graduates who meet the requirements of society and employers. Quality assurance, which is a continuous process, has become an area of focus of most educational managers and employees. In recent years, the National Institute of Education Management has paid special attention to training improvement focusing on teaching, testing and evaluation, infrastructure and teaching equipment, in order to improve training and foster scientific research.
