The dioxin compouds impact on the cell through a specific protein - aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) in cytoplasm and DRE domain of DNA, they regulate many different genes. Upon this mechanism, the authors have done transferred plasmid pGudluc1. 1 into H41/e eel/ line expressed AhR protein in oder to generate dioxin biosensor eel/ line. Plasmid pGudluc1.1 contains DRE domain that is located in the region of luciferase synthesis. The authors detect dioxin compouds by luciferase assay reaction right after biosensor cell line exposed to samples. The results showed that, a dioxin biosensor eel/line was generated from H411e cell line and that can be applied in detection of dioxin compounds.
