Objective: To identify food patterns and their associations with lifestyles and nutrient intakes of adolescents in Hochiminh City. Results: High correlation was found between food scores from the "high fat and sugar" food group and energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate intakes while this can found with fibre and vitamin intake from the "healthy" food group. There were differences in mean of nutrient intakes as well as the percentage of overweight/obesity, percentage of children speneding sufficiently active time among quartiles of food scores.
