Sinonasal Papilloma is the most common in benign neoplasms of the sinonasal tract. Surgery is only method to treatment for sinonasal papilloma. Application endoscopic surgery to removal of sinonasal papilloma benign neoplasms of the sinonasal tract are now being successfully with endoscopic sinus instrumentation. Indication, contraindication as well as process of application endoscopic surgery to removal of sinorwsal papilloma benign neoplasms of the sinonasal are not consensus. Purpose: To, build diagnosis process and valuation on results of application endoscopic surgery process treatment of sinonasal papillomas. Patients and methods: the authors studied 50 cases sinonasal papillomas and treated with endoscopic surgery process to removal of sinonasal papilloma in National ENT Hospital from March 2012 to December 2013. Results: Recurrent rate papilloma in stage 1: 0 percent, stage 2:10,3 percent and stage 3:36,4 percent.
