The objectives were to evaluate the treatment effects of "Tieu phi linh" in patients with primary Lipid Metabolism Disorders in two types hot damp and cold damp side effects 9f "Tieu phi linh" on clinical and paraclinical. It showed that average and good effects in both groups was 92.86 percent. With each type, in cold damp group 88.58 percent patients had average and good effects. The number of this in hot damp group was 91.43 percent. After 30 days (D30) and 60 days (D60) p,atients used "Tieu phi linh", cholesterol levels and triglycerides, HDL - C decreased and LDL - C level increased significantly with p 0.05 in both two groups. There is no side effect of "Tieu phi linh" was found during the treatment of these patients on clinical and paraclinical. The study suggests that ''Tieu phi linh" is effective in the treatment of primary Lipid Metabolism Disorders and safely.
