Objective of this study was to describes community's knowledge, attitudes, practices towards influenza A/H5N1 at two communes Donxa and Anlao, Binh Luc districts Ha Nam province in 2013. The percentage of those aware of the modes of transmission of the disease, symptoms and preventive measures are low. The average knowledge scores range from 14.4 to 42.5 percent of the expected scores. Most of the interviewees ( 82.4 percent) considered influenza A/H5N1 as a serious but preventable disease. These interviewees believed that disease prevention is the responsibility of everyone in the community
