Objectives: Contribute to the diagnostic criteria and treatment regimens toxocariasis in humans. Subjects and Methods: People diagnosed with dogs roundworm larvae infection was determined by ELISA were selected in some communes of An Nhon district, Binh Dinh province The study was designed by the method described transect analysis and intervention studies. Results: Clinical symptoms are the most common skin rash, itching (36.5 percent) , body aches (19.0 percent), headache (8.7 percent , abdominal pain, gastrointestinal disorders (6,3 percent), rash (4.7 percent) , fever (3.9 percent). There are 167 people with leukocytosi , 142 people have increased eosinophils, 126 people have tested positive ELISA (15.75 percent), the proportion of people who test ELISA (+)/normal eosinophil is 126/658 (19.14 percent). After 1 month of treatment, 6 months of clinical symptoms of patients with a significantly reduced rate, 96 percent have a negative ELISA. Conclusion: Some Common clinical features of toxocariasis in humans : rash, hives, body aches, digestive disorders...ELISA test is used to identify the infected larvae gave high diagnostic value. Albendazole is effective treatment for patients with high efficiency by the dog roundworm larvae in the dose of 800 mg/day for adults and 400 mg/day for children 2 divided doses after food and drug combination sharepoint H2 resistance. Side effects of albendazole is only transient, mainly gastrointestinal disorders.
