In this paper, the authors has inverstigated the structure of the most commonly knitted fabrics to have an idea of the distance between the fibres laying into their structure. From this observation, the authors have estimated suitable diameter of ibuprofen microcapsules using for medical textile with the support of inverstegated knitted fabrics. Studying of influence of stiring speed during emulsification on the dimension of forming microcapsule lets us to choose the good conditions to form the microcapsule with the suitble diameter for the application. The results shown that for this study, the dimension of microcapsules is about 20 pm is the most suitable for the inverstigated knitted fabrics. Speed of stiring is 750 tpm made the microcapsules having the dimension (31 um) most suitable for the knitted fabrics.
