In recent years, molecular indicators have become an effective tool in the analysis of genetic relationships among races of mulberry silkworm, Bombyx morl L. and a good support for breeding. Therefore, they have been studied more and more for application purposes. In this research, 5 SSR anchored primers were used to evaluate the genetic relationships and important characters of the silkworm races. The results of the analysis showed that the genetic similarity of pairs of lines G1 and G2 is 0.841, genetic distance is 0.159. Similarly the pair of lines G3 and G4 are 0.817 and 0.183. The other pairs of lines have genetic similarity and genetic distances ranging from 0.598 and 0.402 to 0.614 and 0.386. Purity of the four lines was about 80 percent, ranging from 82.64 percent for line G3, 84.87 percent for the line G4, 85.48 percent for the line G2 and is the highest is 86.82 percent for the line G1. Occurrence of the two indicators related to high yield and good quality cocoons on 30 individuals of each line was 100 percent. The possibility for application of the two directives in silkworm breeding and selection has also been discussed.
