As a research subject of VUSTA, the authors investigated and collected microorganisms parasitizing some insect pests of crops from 2008-2010, resulting in the following lists: On vegetable crops, the authors isolated 7 strains of microorganisms: Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), virus GV.Px, GV.Pr, NPV.Ha, NPV.SI, Nomuraea rileyi and Beauveria bassiana, that were parasitic on larvae of Pieris rapae, Plutella xylostella, Helicoverpa armigera and Spodoptera litura. On soybean cl"9P, the authors isolated 5 strains of microorganisms: Bacillus thuringiensis, virus NPV.Ha, NPV.SI, Nomuraea rileyi and Beauveria bassiana, that were parasitic on larvae of Helicoverpa armigera and Spodoptera litura, and on adults of Bemisia tabaei and Nezara viridula. On rice crop, the authors isolated 4 strains of microorganisms strains: Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae and Hirsutella citriformie, that were parasitic on Cnapha/oerocis medinalis, Leptocorisa aeuta, Nilaparvata lugens, Seotinophora lurida and Deltocephalus dorsalis. In addition, the fungus Nomuraea rileyi was found to occur on many insects on vegetables. the authors did some research on its biological characteristics: Nomuraea rilet. was growing well on MYA medium at +++ level and the conidia suspension of the fungus was 6.3 x 10 . spores/ml after 25 days of treatment under lab conditions of 26.5° C temperature and 81.4 percent humidity.
