Sacbrood disease caused by virus. In 1974, this disease made lossed a lot of indigenous honeybee colonie and now still harmful for Apis cerana beekeepers. Before the report of Chinh (2008) on infections of Sa ood virus in Apis mellifera colonies, there are no information concerning this problem and crossing infecti n on Asian and European honeybee hots. 30 colonies of A. cerana and A. mellifera was set up 5 pia s of infected experiment and observed effection of Sacbrood virus on biological characteristics of ho ybee colonies in Moc Chau (Son La). The results showed that no crossing infection on both hots. The reducing of number of brood frames, population size, cleanning behavior were presented after 14 days of artifical infection.
