Land use status is an important factor to evaluate land use effectiveness, which can be compared with previous year so as to determine and finger out solutions for shortages, and promote strength as a guideline for future land use planning. The analysis of land use purpose change in Hai Duong in the period 2000-2010 is necessary to create a basis for the rational use of natural resources in the country's industrialization and modernization. Land use change is the result of the change in land use purposes.
