Hepatic sarcomatoid cholangiocarcinoma is a rare, accounting for <
1% of cases and aggressive malignant neoplasm. This report presents a case of a 35-year-old female patient who presented with right shoulder pain, general weakness, anorexia, and weight loss. Imaging studies revealed a hepatic mass in segment S8, with invasion into the diaphragm and right lower lobe of the lung. The patient underwent surgical resection, and the pathological diagnosis confirmed hepatic sarcomatoid cholangiocarcinoma. This case report discusses the clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of this rare malignancy, emphasizing the importance of early diagnosis and aggressive management.
