Bài viết phân tích đặc điểm lâm sàng của 75 bệnh nhân đái tháo đường typ 2 tới khám lần đầu tại khoa Nội tiết, bệnh viện Tuệ Tĩnh. Kết quả thu được cho thấy tỷ lệ bệnh tập trung ở lứa tuổi 50-60 chiếm tỷ lệ 65,27%. Có 56,0% số bệnh nhân là nữ giới. Tại thời điểm tới khám, đa số bệnh nhân đã có các biểu hiện của biến chứng, trong đó gặp nhiều nhất là mệt mỏi, mắt mờ và tê bì đầu chi. Phân loại theo thể bệnh của y học cổ truyền, tỷ lệ bệnh thể thận hư chiếm 82,6%, trong đó 56% là thận dương hư.The paper analyzes the clinical characteristics of 75 type 2 diabetic patients for the first time at Endocrinology, Tue Tinh Hospital. The results showed that the rate of concentrated diseases in the age group of 50-60 accounts for 65.27%. 56.0% of patients are female. At the time of examination, most patients had manifestations of complications, most of which were fatigue, blurred vision and limb numbness. Classifying according to the disease form of traditional medicine, the rate of nephrotic disease accounted for 82.6%, of which 56% were kidney failure
