Đặc điểm lâm sàng, xét nghiệm của 57 bệnh nhi bị thiếu máu sắt tại viện Huyết học - Truyền máu Trung ương năm 2015-2106. Kết quả cho thấy triệu chứng lâm sàng nổi bật là mệt mỏi, da xanh, niêm mạc nhợt. Triệu chứng tim nhanh gặp tỷ lệ cao trên 71,4%. Triệu chứng cận lâm sàng nổi bật có mức độ thiếu máu là phổ biến. 93% bệnh nhi có mức MCV nhỏ hơn 80 fl

lượng Transferrin tăng cao.The authors have studied clinical and para-clinieal characters of iron deficiency anemia on pediatric patients at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in 2015 - 2016. Objectives: to describe some clinical and para-clinical characters of pediatric patients with iron deficiency anemia via WHO 2001 standards. Research method: prospective cross-sectional study. Results: (1) Prominent clinical symptoms: found fatigue symptom 100% in bleeding group and blending group, 52.4% in undefined group
