Đánh giá các chỉ số hồng cầu trên 133 bệnh nhân thiếu máu điều trị tại khoa Huyết học lâm sàng, bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108 năm 2016. Nghiên cứu cho thấy các chỉ số hồng cầu như Hb, Ht, RBC đuề năm trong ngưỡng thiếu máu. Các chỉ số MCV, MCH, MCHC nằm trong giới hạn bình thường. Chỉ số RDW tăng. Phân loại thiếu máu theo Hemoglobin: Mức độ thiếu máu nhẹ cao nhấp, chiếm 83,46%. Phân loại thiếu máu theo hình dạng, kích thước hồng cầu: Thiếu máu hồng cầu bình thường, bình sắc tỷ lệ cao nhất. Thiếu máu hồng cầu to, bình sắc thấp nhất.Purposes: to assess the red blood cells parameters in anemic patients at the department of clinical hematology of No.108 Military Central Hospital in 2016. Methodology: Descnptive cross sectional study on 133 patients. Results: Mean aqe 56.25 ± 12.47 years, aged group 40-59 years accounted for highest portion while aged group >
80 years occupied at lowest portion. Men more than women. Red blood cells parameters such as Hb, Ht, RBC indices were in anemic ranges while MCV, MCH, MCHC belonged to normal range. RDW index increased. Anemia classification by hemoglobin: Mild anemia achieved highest percentage at 83.46% and the least common anemia type were severe anemia. Anemia classification by shape, size of red blood cells: normal red blood cells Anemia accounted for highest rate while big red blood cells anemia was lowest.
