Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và đánh giá kết quả sớm của điều trị u mô đệm đường tiêu hóa trên 43 bệnh nhân tại bệnh viện K từ 8/2013 đến 11/2015. Tiền sử mổ cũ chiếm 20,9%. Biểu hiện lâm sàng rất đa dạng và không đặc hiệu. Triệu chứng thường gặp nhất là đau bụng và sờ thấy u bụng. Có 69,8% được nội soi. Siêu âm có thể gợi ý nhận biết u mô đệm đường tiêu hóa trong 90,7% trường hợp.Patients and Methods: This is a retrospective and perspective description review of 43 patients who had GIST and underwent surgical management in National Cancer Hospital from 8/2013 to 11/2015. Results: There were 22 females and 21 males. The mean age was 51.9 (ranged from 33 to 75). Percentage of previously surgical history was 20.9. Symtoms were variant and nonspecific. The most common symtoms were abdominal pain (60.5%) and palpable tumor (62.8%). Ultrasound could find tumor of GIST in 90.7% of patient. And CT detected tumor of GIST all of the patients. 30 patients were undergone endoscopy (24 gastric endoscopy and 6 coloredal endoscopy). Tumors were located in the stomach (55.8%), small intestine (25.6%), colon (9.3%) anus and rectum (9.3%). There were only 3 patients undergone laparoscopic assiseted surgery(7%). Radical surgery was 88.4%, mean time of operation was 130 minutes, percentage of complication intraoperative was very low (2,3%). Average tumor dimension was 8.2 cm. The average follow-up bme was 12 months and there was no patient died. Conclusions: GIST is uncommon tumor with unspecific symtoms. Some specific lesions on imaging investigations suspect the diagnosis of GIST. Tumors were located in the stomach (55.8%), small intestine (25.6%), colon (9.3%) anus and rectum (9.3%). Surgical resection is the most effective therapeutic modality: There were 3 patients undergone laparoscopic assiseted surgery (7%) and open surgery were 40 patients (93%), radical surgery was 88.4%, mean time of operation was 130 minutes, percentage of complication intraoperative was very low. The average follow-up time was 12 months and there was no patient died.
