A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to compare the appropriatenesss between drugs in the winning bid list and the use list at the Central Hospital of Transport in 2015. The results showed that, 73.8% of drugs in the winning bid list were used and it accounted for 75.5% value of total used drugs. The procurement of two packages included onginal drugs and tradibonal drugs were rather suitable for the need of use, with responsiable rate over 80%. There were a number of choosed drugs but they weren't used (219 drugs) including drugs for cancer treatment and traditional drugs. In contrast, there are many classes were bought for additional quantihes (197 drugs). It showed that, the procurement at the hospital was not really close to the needs.Đánh giá mức độ phù hợp giữa hoạt động mua sắm và sử dụng thuốc tại bệnh viện Giao thông vận tải Trung ương năm 2015. Kết quả cho thấy tại bệnh viện Giao thông vận tải Trung ương, thuốc sử dụng chiếm 734,8% về số khoản mục và 75,5% về giá trị so với thuốc mua sắm theo kế hoạch. Có nhiều nhóm thuốc trúng thầu nhưng không sử dụng như nhóm thuốc điều trị ung thư và nhóm thuốc đông y. Ngược lại, có nhiều nhóm lại phải mua bổ sung ngoài kế hoạch.
