Mô tả 1 trường hợp đái tháo đường type 1 có biến chứng suy thận được tiến hành ghép đồng thời tụy, thận tại bệnh viện Quân y 103 ngày 01/3/2014. Sau mổ, tụy và thận ghép hoạt động ổn định. Theo dõi sau 3 năm ghép, chức năng tụy ghép hoạt động tốt, bệnh nhân không dùng insulin và chức năng thận ghép ổn định.The article describes one case of type 1 diabetes with complications of renal insufficiency was conducted concurrent pancreas and kidney transplantation at Military Medical Hospital No.103 on March 1, 2014. After surgery, the pancreas and kidney transplant are stable. Following 3 years of grafting, the function of the pancreas graft worked well, the patient did not use insulin and kidney transplant function was stable.
