Dong Nai is one of the leading localities in industrial development but the industry has only developed strongly in the high urbanization area. In recent years, industrial promotion activities in the province have been implemented in a diversified and richer manner, with the scale and quality of advanced industrial promotion projects that partly meet the needs of enterprises. However, the fact that the edge capacity of rural industry in the province is still low and there are problems such as: small-scale, uneven development in industry and localities
technological level, quality of human resources, management system has not met the requirements of production development in the integration process
access to capital, including preferential support is limited.Đồng Nai một trong những địa phương đi đầu trong phát triển công nghiệp nhưng công nghiệp chỉ mới phát triển mạnh ở khu vực đô thị hóa cao. Trong thời gian qua, hoạt động khuyến công trên địa bàn tỉnh được triển khai đa dạng, phong phú hơn, quy mô, chất lượng các đề án khuyến công được nâng cao phần nào đã đáp ứng được nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp. Tuy nhiên, thực tế năng lực cạnh của công nghiệp nông thôn trên địa bàn tỉnh vẫn còn thấp và tồn tại những vấn đề như: quy mô nhỏ, phát triển chưa đều về ngành, địa phương
trình độ công nghệ, chất lượng nguồn nhân lực, hệ thống quản lý chưa đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển sản xuất trong tiến trình hội nhập
khả năng tiếp cận nguồn vốn kể cả hỗ trợ ưu đãi còn nhiều hạn chế.
